CytoMAP version 1.4.18 is now live. Download it as a MATLAB app, or a standalone compiled version.
Changes for this version include:
- Improved stability of loading data of tables of cells
- Fixed a bug in getting names of channels for plotting neighborhoods when the gates are non-sequential
- Fixed a bug in generation of random points for data containing strings
- Fixed an indexing bug in gating on cell types with multiple samples
